Releases
What shipped, and when. This log lists user-visible changes to Linktary; internal work that changes nothing you can see is not listed. Each release carries its testing record — what was run against it before it shipped.
0.2.3 — October 25, 2026
- Privacy page names the operator. The policy body now states who operates the service — 2351485 ALBERTA INC. (operating as AIMLDS) — and that it is the data controller answerable for the data the page describes. Found by the daily asset-compliance check: the entity previously appeared only in the footer seller line.
- Testing: content tests pin the operator section in the policy body; full suite green in CI on the merged tree; the live page read back after deploy.
0.2.2 — October 21, 2026
- Buying surfaces, standardized. Every page footer now carries the seller strip (sold by 2351485 ALBERTA INC. (AIMLDS), payments by Stripe), pricing gains a "Buying, in plain terms" section — seller of record, what Pro attaches to, refunds, privacy, releases — and the terms state the refund route. Billing errors answer in plain words, never a provider's raw error.
- Testing: automated suite green in CI on the merged tree; the strip, the buying section, and this log's testing lines are covered by content tests.
0.2.1 — October 19, 2026
- Billing integrity. Plan claims bind more strictly to the account that paid, and a cancellation now applies only to the exact subscription it names — an old subscription's events can no longer affect a current plan.
- This page. The public release log now exists and is linked from the footer of every page.
- Testing: 481-test suite green; an independent release gate re-proved the claim and billing-portal paths against live Stripe before the batch entered release-candidate.
- Release gate: GRADUATED — RELEASE, 2026-10-24 (early graduation on completed evidence; register row 23).
0.2.0 — October 19, 2026
- Pro plan. 600 links an hour (Free stays 60), billed monthly through Stripe. Entitlement is written by a signature-verified webhook and confirmed in the dashboard; cancel or update your card anytime from the dashboard's billing portal.
- Honest billing copy. /security lists Stripe as a payment subprocessor, /privacy names it for subscribers, and /terms §8 states the subscription terms.
- Testing: 478-test suite green; entitlement legs proven with payloads signed in Stripe's own signature scheme; the live checkout and prices read back from Stripe before the offer went public.
0.1.4 — October 15, 2026
- Certificates live. Link certificates are now signed in production with an Ed25519 key whose public half is published at /.well-known/linktary-keys.json — anyone can verify a certificate offline, without trusting this server.
- Testing: a production link's certificate verified offline against the published keys; a tampered certificate was rejected.
0.1.2 — October 6, 2026
- Verification honesty. Error pages (HTTP 5xx) are treated as CAUTION, never SAFE; the verdict boundary — SAFE means no issues were found, not a guarantee — is printed wherever a verdict appears; public rechecks always re-verify.
- Incident control. Link owners can revoke their own links instantly; abuse reports return a reference ID with a 24-hour review commitment; deleted links are hard-purged after 90 days.
- Terms. A /terms page states the warranty, liability, and acceptable-use terms.
- Testing: the full suite green, and independent role-play re-tests of the safety, abuse-handling, and buyer flows passed before release.
0.1.0 — first release
- Signed-link shortening: every destination traced and verified before the link works, with a public trust report for every link.
